The exhibition at Parkett’s space in Zurich presents for the first time a look at works made by artists related to the topic of people. Over sixty works illustrate the exhibition theme as well as the innovation, diversity and quality that artists bring to their projects for Parkett since 1984.

On view are among others autoportraits in various media by Mariko Mori, Pipilotti Rist, Chuck Close, Gilbert&George, Jeff Koons, und Gillian Wearing. Rachel Harrison overpainted an image of the musician Prince, Dana Schutz made a print of Timothy Leary, and Yang Fudong photographed a night-­‐life scene in Shanghai. Mai-­‐Thu Perret shows a sculpture of a dancer holding a shining red neon ring and Pawel Althamer has cast twelve lead figures in a small suitcase, a miniature retrospective of his entire work. Also on display are Marilyn Minter’s photograph of Pamela Anderson and one of the last works by Andy Warhol, his photograph of human skeletons for Parkett from 1987.
